Formerly Arif Building Company (Private) Limited, AES has grown into an organisation of design and construction professionals serving clients across the public and private sectors. We operate nationwide through our Islamabad head office and regional offices in Lahore and Multan.
Total quality management is our guiding philosophy. Clients share their objectives, vision, timeline and budget; AES returns with an assessment of feasibility together with the most efficient design and construction solution available — from initial studies through planning, design and tender stage to final delivery.
We work directly with owner-clients, government and semi-government agencies, private organisations and principal contractors, and in support of other architectural and engineering firms. In telecommunications, AES is a specialist outside-plant (OSP) and FTTH deployment contractor, currently executing work on the PTCL access network across Punjab and the federal capital.

Between 2024 and 2026 AES delivered GPON access-network projects for PTCL in Lahore and Sheikhupura — deploying 13 Fibre Distribution Hubs, more than 64 km of optical fibre route, 350 FATs and 118 handholes, alongside 169 new poles and repairs to 143 existing ones.
On the civil side, AES offers project management and engineering services across buildings, housing, roads, bridges, water supply, sewerage and drainage.
