Our Expertise

The people, process and plant behind every network.

AES combines regulatory standing, field-tested processes and an owned equipment fleet to deliver telecom and civil projects safely and to specification.

01 — Execution

How we deliver a project

The complete lifecycle, managed under a single scope of responsibility.

  1. Survey

Feasibility surveys, route walk-outs and utility identification.

  2. Design

Network planning, detailed design and route drawings.

  3. Civil works

Handholes, ducts, boring, poles and FDH bases.

  4. Fibre laying

Feeder, aerial distribution and home-pass cable.

  5. Splice & test

Fusion splicing, OTDR and power-meter testing.

  6. Commission

    Commissioning, as-built documentation and handover.

02 — Resources

Owned plant, tools & equipment

03 — Health, safety & environment

Safety is planned, not improvised.

It is the policy of AES to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the safety of all employees and of anyone affected by our work. Field practice follows our documented QHSE policy and safety guidelines for aerial and buried networks.

  • Rated safety gloves and voltage detector
  • Safety helmet, boots and hi-vis vest
  • Harness and lanyard for work at height
  • Non-conductive ladders
  • Safe clearance from electric poles
  • Cross-pit test excavation at crossings
  • Separation from electrical ducts
  • Emergency and evacuation procedures
